Overview

This report explains how to create or update an access rule at the Program Permissions list to get a program which requires Internet access via the McAfee Personal Firewall.

Typically, the Firewall prompts you to accept or deny an application’s attempt to get the Internet. If you make your choice, the Firewall generates a guideline to remember and enforce your choice. If an application doesn’t have a rule allowing it to access the Internet, your Firewall blocks the program to shield your PC.
